Bolton Wanderers 2-1 Watford 2-0-3 6 pts.

Doyley scores! Doyley scores! Doyley scores!

Lloyd Doyley nabbed his second goal in ten years and 339 appearances. Twitter had to shut down from the sheer volume of tweets from Watford fans. (Maybe not).

Meanwhile . . .

The same problem that plagued the Hornets in the Derby Co. match, inability to defend set pieces, struck again today as Notlob picked up an early goal from a corner and a late first-half goal from a free-kick.

The recent Premier League squad dominated the first half, but looked shaken in the second as Watford controlled play - resulting in Lloyd Doyley's second career goal. The Wanderers were able to maintain, however, and the Hornet's poor defending has cost them a second match in a row.

The next match is Tuesday, September 18 as Watford welcomes Gus Poyet's table-topping Brighton & Hove Albion to Vicarage Road.
